About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Brand Strategist to strengthen our brand presence and build meaningful connections with our audience. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media strategy, community building, and brand marketing, and will play a key role in shaping how the brand is positioned across digital platforms.

This role requires someone who can blend strategic thinking with execution, ensuring consistent brand messaging while driving engagement and growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company goals and growth objectives.
  • Manage and optimize the companys social media presence across platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Build and nurture online communities, fostering meaningful interaction and brand advocacy.
  • Plan and implement brand campaigns and marketing initiatives to strengthen brand recall and positioning.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics, social media analytics, and campaign results to improve strategy and engagement.
  • Identify market trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to refine brand positioning.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand alignment across all customer touchpoints.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 23 years of experience in brand strategy, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and online community engagement.
  • Experience in brand campaigns, storytelling, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement and campaign data.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and creative thinking skills.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and marketing platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
