We are looking for aBrand Strategist who thinks innarratives, perception, and long-term meaning , not just campaigns or taglines.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Positioning

• Define and continuously refine Marwadi Universityscore positioning across audiences (students, parents, industry, regulators).
• Articulatewhat MU stands for , what itdoesnt , and why it matters nationally.
• Ensure all major communications reinforce asingle, coherent narrative .

Messaging Architecture

• Createmessaging frameworks for different audiences and contexts.
• Build and maintaintone-of-voice guidelines
• Ensure consistency of language across:
• Campaigns
• Website & brochures
• Leadership communication
• Event narratives

Strategic Input into Campaigns & Launches

• Partner with Creative and Content teams to shape thestrategic intent of campaigns before execution begins.
• Define campaignobjectives, insights, and success criteria .

Brand Governance & Consistency

• Act as thebrand conscience of the organisation.
• Review key materials and flag misalignment or dilution early.
• Build simple brand playbook that enables clarity.

Cultural & Market Insight

• Track shifts instudent sentiment, aspiration, and cultural language .
• Interpret trends and advise how MU should respond (or not respond).
• Prevent the brand from chasing trends that dilute credibility.
