About the Role

As a Brand Strategist, you will be responsible for defining and driving RB LawCorps brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategy. You will work closely with leadership, marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistency, clarity, and impact in how the firm is perceived by clients, partners, and the legal ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the overall brand strategy aligned with the firms vision and business objectives.
• Define brand positioning, tone of voice, messaging frameworks, and narratives for RB LawCorp.
• Develop and guide go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new practice areas, initiatives, campaigns, and announcements.
• Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking within the legal and professional services space.
• Work closely with design, content, social media, and digital marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Plan campaign storylines, content pillars, and creative direction for digital and offline communication.
• Monitor brand performance, engagement metrics, and visibility, and refine strategies based on insights.
• Prepare and present brand decks, strategy notes, and recommendations to leadership.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners where required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of brand building, positioning, and storytelling.
• Experience working with professional services, legal, consulting, or B2B brands (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to convert research and insights into clear direction.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills.
• Working knowledge of digital platforms, content formats, and brand analytics.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides for presentations.
