Uni is building a category-defining fintech brand. And reimagining credit cards for todays internet consumer. Its a revolution in credit card rewards - far simpler, richer, and built around real value.
We are looking for a high-ownership marketeer who connects brand, product, performance and social into one tight growth machine.
This is a role for someone whos self-motivated and driven. If you think in narratives and love turning ideas into shipped campaigns, this is for you.
What youll do:
Performance x Brand
- Partner with our marketing team to translate brand ideas into cost-efficient performance creatives.
- Identify and collaborate end-to-end with external agencies & creators.
- Discover new opportunities for the brand to integrate
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Conduct consumer research to understand user behavior
- Shape brand narratives, discover value props, and ensure messaging hierarchy across touchpoints.
Go-To-Market (GTM)
- Lead GTMs for new features/benefits with clear ICPs, hooks, and channel mixes.
- Write briefs; align creative, product, performance to one plane.
- Support in strategising and executing campaigns.
Content & Social
- Build & drive the social calendar (IG/YouTube/LinkedIn/Twitter), creator collabs, and UGC loops.
- Work with external agencies & bring sustained customer engagement.
Partnerships & Integrations
- Identify and negotiate high-ROI brand/merchant/creator partnerships.
- Build co-marketing packs and measure lift (awareness, leads, activation).
- Manage agencies/freelancers, budgets, timelines, and creative QA.
You have:
- 47 yrs in brand/marketing (fintech/startups a plus)
- Proven 360 campaign ownership & creative judgment
- A VERY strong sense of strategy
- Tight writing, clear decks, confident stakeholder management
- Understanding of creator economy, PR-first stunts, and social-first ideas.
- Comfort in working with cross-functional teams
- Clear communication, bias to action, and willingness to experiment
- A life outside work - hobbies, passions and original opinions
