What Youll Be Doing

• Creating ORIGINAL content for brands! We're looking for people who can script and produce concepts that are not copy pasted from another account or created from AI tools! Of course we do encourage to use AI tool but that is to enhance your work, not replace it
• Managing production: From scouting teams (models, videographers, photographers, make up artists, actors) to ensuring everyone is aligned on what to do
• Publishing content on the respective brand pages and keeping your audience engaged via daily stories and replying to comments/DMs
• Aligning calendars and ideas with the client and ensuring internal/external teams are delivering things on time. We NEVER miss a deadline or give clients a chance to say "Hey when can I expect this?"
• Creating monthly reports and meeting your KPI's. We always overachieve deliverables.

Youre A Perfect Fit If You

• Have solid experience content creation and project managementespecially in the creative, media, or digital world
• Are super organized, communicative, and dont panic when 17 tabs are open (including one with a cat meme)
• Are tech-savvy and quick to learn and be updated with AI tools
• Can lead, mentor, and guide while still putting in the work
• Are self-driven, solution-oriented, and secretly love ticking things off a to-do list
