About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Solutions Strategist to support the planning and execution of digital brand solutions for large-scale FMCG brands . This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to move beyond basic account coordination and develop strong fundamentals in brand strategy, content planning, and integrated digital thinking .
You will work closely with senior brand leads, creative teams, and clients to translate brand objectives into clear digital strategies, content plans, and campaign executions with a strong focus on discipline, clarity, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy Support
- Assist in building digital brand strategies aligned with FMCG brand objectives
- Support senior team members in translating consumer insights into actionable ideas
- Help develop content frameworks, messaging hierarchies, and platform strategies
Account & Client Servicing
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned brand tasks
- Support client communication, documentation, and follow-ups
- Ensure timelines, approvals, and deliverables are tracked and met
Content & Campaign Planning
- Assist in planning always-on content calendars and campaign roadmaps
- Work on digital formats such as:
- Short-form videos
- Product benefit storytelling
- Consumer problemsolution narratives
- Social-first campaign ideas
- Coordinate with creative teams to ensure briefs are clear and aligned
Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with creative, social, media, and production teams
- Ensure smooth execution across multiple stakeholders
- Maintain quality checks on content before client submission
Performance & Insights
- Track content and campaign performance across platforms
- Support in preparing reports, presentations, and learnings
- Use insights to help improve future content and strategies
Process & Documentation
- Maintain decks, trackers, contact reports, and internal documents
- Follow structured workflows and brand processes common to FMCG accounts
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and compliance requirements
What Were Looking For
Core Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital/creative agency or brand-side role
- Exposure to FMCG brands or large consumer accounts
- Strong understanding of digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Skill Set
- Background in brand strategy and consumer behavior
- Ability to think logically and structure information clearly
- Comfortable working with presentations, briefs, and reports
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience working on data-led or performance-backed campaigns
- Familiarity with content calendars and campaign workflows
- Understanding of how large FMCG brands operate and make decisions
