Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Brand Solutions Manager. The Brand Solutions Manager will collaborate with brands to design and execute impactful campaigns that resonate with youth audiences. Responsibilities include identifying brands , curating brand campaigns, tailored marketing strategies, experiential marketing and project management to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and activations. The role demands innovative thinking and close collaboration with internal teams to bring ideas to life and deliver exceptional brand experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and consulting skills to assess brand needs and craft tailored solutions
• Experience in project management, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns from concept to delivery
• Proven sales and presales abilities, including nurturing client relationships and presenting innovative proposals
• Proficiency in team collaboration and communication, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
• Familiarity with youth and cultural trends, allowing for the creation of relevant and engaging campaigns
• Prior experience in Brand Solutions, marketing, or brand strategy roles
• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
