About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, proactive Brand Solutions Manager who leads with thinking and follows through with action. This is not a role for someone who waits for briefs. You will identify brands worth going after, find the gap or opportunity in their current marketing, build a compelling insight-led strategy around it. And then use that strategy to open the doors. The pitch is your introduction. The relationship is what you build from there.

Roles & Responsibilities
Primary - Identify & Strategise
- Continuously scan the market to identify brands actively investing in influencer marketing in India
- Analyse their current marketing approach and identify gaps, whitespaces, or untapped opportunities
- Build sharp, insight-led influencer marketing strategies tailored to the brand unprompted, before any brief exists
- Stay deeply plugged into platform trends, creator culture, and pop culture to keep pitches relevant and timely
Secondary - Outreach & Open Doors
- Use your strategy as the hook to reach out to brand decision-makers. (Marketing heads, CMOs, founders, brand managers)
- Initiate conversations via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, calls, events, and your own network
- Pitch with confidence, handle objections, and convert initial interest into a defined brief or meeting
- Collaborate with internal strategy, creative, and influencer teams to develop the full campaign proposal
- Manage the conversation through to closure, ensuring alignment between client expectations and delivery
Experience & Education
- 2+ years of experience in brand solutions, business development, or partnerships, ideally within influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a creative agency
- A strategic thinker who can spot a brand opportunity before the brand does
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube (TikTok is a plus), and the broader creator economy in India
- Excellent written and verbal communication, you can write a cold email or LinkedIn message that actually gets a reply
- Comfortable initiating conversations with senior decision-makers without a warm introduction
- Highly organised, self-directed, and comfortable working without a playbook
- Genuine passion for brands, culture, and the influencer space
