Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Brand Strategist Team Lead who can lead the strategy function, develop strong brand narratives, and create impactful marketing campaigns. The candidate will work closely with clients, creative teams, and leadership to drive strategic direction and ensure effective brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

• Develop brand strategies, campaign concepts, and marketing frameworks for clients.
• Translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies.
• Identify market opportunities, consumer insights, and competitive positioning.

Campaign Development

• Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Work closely with creative, content, and media teams to ensure strategic alignment.

Client Management

• Present strategic recommendations and campaign ideas to clients.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and brand teams.
• Ensure strategies align with client business goals and KPIs.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of brand strategists or planners.
• Guide team members on research, insights, and strategic thinking.
• Ensure high-quality strategy documents, pitch decks, and presentations.

Research & Insights

• Conduct market research, consumer behavior analysis, and trend forecasting.
• Use insights to create data-driven marketing strategies.
