Job Description

At Barcode Entertainment, were passionate about creating powerful influencer marketing

campaigns that drive impact for brands. Were looking for a Brand Solutions Manager who can

transform client briefs into breakthrough campaigns while driving revenue growth.


What youll do

  • Prospect and engage directly with brands, converting their briefs into successful campaign opportunities.
  • Design innovative, data-backed influencer marketing solutions tailored to client objectives.
  • Pitch strategies to clients and collaborate with creative and execution teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction across both strategy and execution phases.
  • Quality-check all client communication between the execution teams and the client.
  • Ensure minimal under-billing on closed POs through accurate project scoping and documentation.
  • Conduct daily catch-up calls to ensure clarity on deliverables and timelines.
  • Contribute to developing influencer marketing strategies based on client briefs, target audience insights, and platform trends.
  • Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and campaign presentations.
  • Ensures the execution team communicates deliverables, timelines, and progress updates to clients on time.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (creative, execution, finance) to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Track content submissions, feedback loops, and posting schedules along with the execution teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure all deliverables are met on time.
  • Support insights generation for post-campaign analysis and future recommendations.


What were looking for

  • Strong experience in brand solutions, client servicing, or business development.
  • Project management
  • Ability to translate client needs into impactful marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Basic data analysis/Excel/Google Sheets ability.
  • 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media, or related fields.
  • Prior experience working on brands under Hindustan Unilever (HUL) (campaign exposure, brand guidelines, or creator work preferred).
  • Passion for pop culture, creators, and emerging digital trends.
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and influencer culture.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
