About the Role:

We are looking for a hybrid Brand & Social Media Lead who lives at the intersection of data and creativity. You won't just be "posting content"; you will be the custodian of our brands voice across all digital touchpoints. You are expected to design high-impact brand campaigns, manage our public reputation (PR/ORM), and use data to prove that "Brand" isn't just a cost center-its a performance driver.


Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Identity Custodian: Ensure a consistent "Hero Vired" voice across premium programs (Leadership, AI, Data Science).
  • Campaign Lifecycle: End-to-end execution of brand awareness campaigns-from brief and creative conceptualization to media planning and post-campaign analysis.
  • Value Proposition: Work with product teams to translate complex course features into emotional, high-intent brand narratives.


2. Social Media & Community Growth

  • Platform Strategy: Own the strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Focus on high-CTC/Executive audience engagement for leadership programs.
  • Content Creation & Innovation: Expert in writing content pieces(ad-copies and more).Move beyond static posts; lead the production of short-form video, podcasts, and thought-leadership articles.
  • Influencer & Partnership: Identify and manage relationships with industry experts and "Ed fluencers" to build brand credibility.


3. PR & Online Reputation Management (ORM)

  • PR Liaison: Collaborate with PR agencies to secure earned media, interviews, and features in top-tier business and tech publications.
  • Sentiment Control: Proactively manage ORM across Quora, Glassdoor, and Google Reviews. Ensure a "Hero Vired" presence in relevant career-growth conversations.
  • Crisis Communication: Act as the first line of defense for any brand-negative trends on social media.


4. Data Analytics & Insights


  • Brand Lift: Measure the impact of brand spend on performance metrics (e.g., how brand awareness reduces Search CPCs or improves Lead-to-CRM conversion).
  • Social Listening: Use tools (like Talkwalker, Meltwater, or Hootsuite) to track Share of Voice (SoV) and audience sentiment.
  • A/B Testing: Work with the performance team to test brand-heavy vs. offer-heavy creatives to find the "sweet spot" for ROI.


The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: 6-8 years in Brand Management or Social Media Strategy (Experience in EdTech, Fintech, or Premium SaaS is a major plus).
  • Data Literacy: You are comfortable with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM data. You believe that if it can't be measured, it didn't happen.
  • Execution Prowess: You have a portfolio of at least 3-4 major brand campaigns that moved the needle on awareness or revenue.
  • Tool Stack: Proficiency in Social Listening tools, ORM dashboards, and basic design/video orientation (Adobe Suite/Canva knowledge)
