Brand Protection Lawyer

We are looking to hire a brand protection lawyer for a company in Gurugram, upper range of the CTC is approx 5-6 L PA, required work experience 1-3 years

Responsibilities

Brand Protection Specialist (India): Implement anti-counterfeit strategies; collaborate with customs, law enforcement, legal teams. Coordinate enforcement, guide investigators, manage budget/tracking. Travel required.

Required Skills: Strong communication, interviewing/reporting, organizational / multitasking, strong research/analysis acumen and a keen learner

Qualifications

LLB with 1-3 years of experience preferably in IPR / Brand protection
