@Attaya is a boutique gifting house specialising in ceremonial and bespoke gifting for weddings, family milestones, and select corporate occasions. As we scale, were looking for a hands-on professional to work closely with the founder and help streamline sourcing, product development, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor sourcing & coordination (MDF boxes, fabrics, metal elements, packaging)

Product development, sampling & prototyping

Quality control and production timelines

Instagram content planning & coordination (with founder)

Vendor pricing, cost sheets & documentation

Supporting the founder in scaling operations smoothly

Skills & Experience

Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail

Prior experience managing vendors or production (gifting, dcor, packaging, fashion, interiors preferred)

Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets & WhatsApp-based operations

Calm under pressure and organised in fast-moving environments

Ability to balance creativity with execution
