Role Description Brand Planner (Travezy App)
This is afull-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru , with flexibility for remote work.
We are looking for aBrand Planner who can shape how users perceive, engage with, and value the Travezy app. This role sits at the intersection ofbrand strategy, consumer insight, and product storytelling .
You will work closely with product, marketing, content, and leadership teams to:
- Strengthen Travezysbrand positioning
- Increaseapp engagement
- Build a clear bridge fromactive users to paid subscribers
This is a thinking-led rolenot execution-only.
What Youll Do - Brand & Positioning
- Define and refine Travezysbrand positioning , tone of voice, and narrative
- Translate product features intoclear consumer value propositions
Ensure consistency across:
App experience
Marketing communication
Subscription messaging
User Insight & Behaviour
- Deeply understand app users:
- Why they download
- Why they stay (or churn)
- What triggers trust, habit, and willingness to pay
- Use qualitative and quantitative inputs to surfaceactionable insights
- Identify friction points in the journey fromfree usage subscription
Engagement Subscription Strategy
- Partner with product and growth teams to:
- Improve user engagement loops
- Shape subscription narratives (why pay, why now)
- Help definewho Travezy is forand who its not
Strategic Collaboration
- Work with:
- Product & UX teams to align brand thinking with user experience
- Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are insight-led, not feature-led
- Act as theconsumers voice in key decisions
What Were Looking For
- Experience inbrand strategy, planning, or consumer insight (2-6 years ideal)
- Strong ability toconnect brand thinking with real user behaviour
- Comfortable working inearly-stage / evolving product environments
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into sharp strategic direction
Preferred Backgrounds (Not Mandatory)
- Brand planners / strategists from agencies or digital-first brands
- Experience with:
- Apps, subscriptions, platforms, or SaaS-style products
- Education in:
- Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related fields
- Familiarity withtravel, lifestyle, or consumer tech is a plus
