Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional with 8-10 years of expertise in brand planning and creative strategy, ideally from advertising agencies, brand consulting firms, or corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand strategies across a range of brands.
• Work on multiple brand briefs simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Craft compelling strategy decks and presentations using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Analyze and interpret consumer insights to shape brand narratives and strategies.
• Stay updated with advertising trends across media, and brand dynamics.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to build innovative brand solutions.
• 8-10 years of experience in brand planning/creative strategy from advertising agencies, brand consulting firms, or corporates.
• Proven track record of working across a diverse range of brands.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for strategy deck creation.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a small team while handling multiple tasks.
• A deep passion for brand building and creative ideation.
