About the Role


Were looking for a Brand Manager with strong performance marketing instincts to own and scale acquisition channels for our business. This role sits at the intersection of brand thinking and measurable growth . Someone who understands how storytelling, offers, creatives, and funnels come together to drive real customer acquisition.


Youll work closely with founders, creative teams, and operations to ensure that what we put out into the market is not just visible, but effective.


Experience in F&B, food, wellness, or consumer brands will be a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Acquisition & Performance Marketing

  • Own and scale paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, other relevant platforms)
  • Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns focused on CAC, conversion rates, and quality of customers
  • Work closely with creative teams to brief, test, and iterate ad creatives and copies
  • Analyse performance data and translate insights into clear next actions

Brand-Led Growth

  • Ensure acquisition campaigns are aligned with brand tone, positioning, and long-term goals
  • Help shape campaign narratives, product hooks, and offer structures
  • Balance short-term performance with brand consistency

Funnel & Experimentation

  • Work on landing pages, WhatsApp flows, and other conversion touchpoints
  • Run structured experiments across creatives, audiences, formats, and messaging
  • Identify drop-offs in the funnel and collaborate with internal teams to fix them

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Track and report weekly performance metrics clearly and honestly
  • Coordinate with internal teams (content, ops, product) for smoother execution
  • Maintain documentation of learnings, tests, and benchmarks

Requirements

  • 34 years of relevant experience in performance marketing/ brand growth roles
  • Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns (Meta is a must)
  • Strong understanding of funnels, attribution basics, and growth metrics
  • Ability to think both creatively and analytically
  • Prior experience in F&B, food, wellness, or consumer brands preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, execution-heavy environment
  • Based in Delhi and willing to work onsite.
