About Zopper

Zopper is a series D-funded startup in the insurtech space. We enable large B2C businesses to offer insurance to their customers. We do this by fusing insurance and technology seamlessly to provide end-to-end solutions to our Business partners.


Role Review :

We are looking for a seasoned Partnerships & Alliances leader to build, scale, and manage strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth, brand visibility, and long-term business value. The role will focus on identifying high-impact alliance opportunities, negotiating winwin partnerships and creating monetization-led ecosystems.


Roles and Responsibilities

Define and execute the overall partnerships and alliances strategy aligned with business objectives.

Identify, on-board, and manage long-term strategic partners across BFSI, consumer brands, digital platforms.

Create new revenue streams and monetization opportunities through partnerships.

Own partnership P&L, revenue targets, and performance metrics.

Conceptualize and execute co-branded campaigns, benefit programs, and reward structures.

Manage end-to-end campaign execution including partner on boarding, integration, launch, and post-campaign analysis.

Track performance and share actionable insights through detailed reports.


Prerequisites

812 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, business development or strategic sales.

Proven track record of building large-scale partnerships with leading brands and enterprises.

Experience in consumer internet, fintech, BFSI, e-commerce, insurtech preferred.

MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is desirable
