About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Partnerships Manager to lead strategic collaborations. In this role, you will build impactful relationships with brands, creators, agencies, and distribution platforms to expand Pocket FMs reach and strengthen our presence in the audio entertainment ecosystem.


What You Will Do

  • Build and manage partnerships with brands, creators, media platforms, enterprise partners, providers, and key industry stakeholders to amplify Pocket FMs visibility and audience reach
  • Conceptualize and execute high-impact co-branded collaborations that deliver value on both sidesdriving engagement, brand affinity, and new user growth
  • Negotiate partnership structures, define deliverables, and oversee execution from idea to launch
  • Identify growth opportunities by studying best-in-class models from platforms like Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, and Netflix
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Growth, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless integration of partnership initiatives
  • Track performance metrics, analyze impact, and report on partnership effectiveness and ROI


What You Bring

  • 5 -7 years of experience in brand partnerships, client servicing, B2B collaborations, or platform alliancesideally in media, audio, entertainment, telecom, or digital consumer tech
  • Strong understanding of the partnership and media landscape, with the ability to build relationships with brands, agencies, publishers, telcos, providers, streaming platforms, or national distribution partners
  • Experience securing high-impact partnerships outside of the traditional content ecosystem, capable of driving brand visibility and reaching audiences at scale
  • Ability to work with B2B stakeholders and navigate complex partnership structures.
  • Proficiency with AppsFlyer, the ability to decipher data from QuickSight & other analytical platforms
  • Creative thinking with a growth-first mindset, capable of designing collaborations that expand reach and deliver measurable impact
