Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi
Type: Full-time
Reporting to: Founder/Head of Revenue
Focus: Sell influencer/creator advertising solutions + platform to large brands and agencies
Current traction: Working with large enterprises and managing ~$200k/month in influencer spend

Role overview
Were hiring a Senior Sales Manager (Influencer) to own revenue growth by acquiring and expanding enterprise brands and agencies. Youll run the full sales cycleprospecting to closewhile partnering closely with product/ops to deliver great outcomes and drive repeat spend. This role is field-heavy: youll regularly do face-to-face meetings and travel for key accounts.
What youll do
- Own a revenue number and build a predictable pipeline of enterprise brands + agencies
- Run the full sales cycle: discovery pitch/demo proposal negotiation close
- Do in-person/face-to-face meetings with CMOs, brand teams, and agency leadership (Mumbai + other cities)
- Travel to meet prospects/clients, attend reviews, and close strategic deals
- Sell both managed influencer programs and platform-led execution (as applicable)
- Develop consultative POV on creator strategy: content formats, creator selection, measurement, and scaling
- Create account plans for expansion: increase monthly spend, cross-sell offerings, multi-quarter renewals
- Work closely with Ops/CS to ensure delivery quality and build case studies/testimonials
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene: pipeline stages, forecasting, win/loss notes, next steps
- Bring market feedback to the founding team (pricing, objections, competitor intel)
What were looking for
Must-have
- 48+ years in sales or partnerships in influencer marketing / creator economy / adtech / marketing services
- Proven track record of closing mid-market to enterprise deals (brands and/or agencies)
- Strong consultative selling skills: can run discovery, quantify value, handle objections, negotiate terms
- Comfortable selling into marketing stakeholders (Brand/Performance/CMO teams) and agency decision-makers
- High comfort with face-to-face selling: meetings, presentations, and relationship-building
- Willingness to travel frequently for enterprise accounts and strategic opportunities
- Strong communication + executive presence; can pitch clearly and write crisp proposals
- Based in Mumbai or willing to work in-office
Nice-to-have
- Experience selling SaaS/workflow tools (MarTech/AdTech) in addition to services
- Existing network with Indian enterprises, D2C leaders, and top agencies
- Familiarity with measurement concepts (lift, attribution, brand vs performance KPIs)
- Experience building sales playbooks, outbound sequences, and early-stage GTM process
What success looks like
- Consistent pipeline creation and accurate forecasting
- Closed-won deals with enterprise brands/agencies and clear expansion path
- Higher repeat spend and retention through strong expectation-setting and handoff
- Sharper positioning over time (tight ICP, messaging, pricing packages)
KPIs youll be measured on
- Monthly/quarterly revenue closed (and/or GMV influenced)
- Pipeline generated + conversion rate by stage
- Average deal cycle time and win rate
- Expansion/repeat spend from closed accounts
