About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Time Brand Partner to play a major role with the Brand Director in the research, planning, and development of client projects

This role will report to the Brand Director

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serves as daily client contact with the Brand Director; develops and maintains good client and partner agency relationships
• Manages smooth, daily running of accounts while adapting quickly to the fast-paced environment.
• Drives category and cross-category analysis and understanding for your brands through competition scans and category deep dive
• Draft clear, insightful briefs for internal teamscreative, strategy, production, etc.
• Partners with cross-practice and cross-agency teams (creative and strategy) and are committed to delivering solutions for clients
• Understand and keep pace with key client information, including business strategy, industry issues, products and services, key customers, and competitors
• Presenting and reporting: You'll help prepare presentations, proposals/ reports for projects
• Operations: help schedule meetings, manage timelines for projects and tasks, and capture clear minutes and next steps for internal and client-facing discussions.
• Brings in a proactive approach to projects and is accountable, responsive, and has the ability to adapt to different situations creatively.
• Manage client timelines, expectations, and approvals with calmness and clarity.
• Identify and contribute to the development and refinement of internal and company-wide processes with the Brand Director to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage and lead Oddinary social channels to drive awareness about our work- proactively planning the calendar, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to finalise posting

What we are looking for:

• An organised and curious person with attention to detail and readiness to learn on the job.
• Preferred - Minimum 1-2 years of total experience in a creative agency, Branding or Advertising
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency across Google Dashboard- Sheets, Slides and Docs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
