Job Title: Brand Operations - Influencer Marketing
Location: 3 month Internship, On-site/Hybrid

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Operations professional at NeuroFitLabs in Gurugram. As a Brand Operations team member, you will be responsible for overseeing brand strategy, communication, branding initiatives, sales coordination, and brand management on a day-to-day basis. This role involves identifying and onboarding creators, managing influencer collaborations, planning and strategizing campaigns, and executing them successfully. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage client relationships while ensuring campaigns deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Creator Scouting : Identify and source potential influencers and content creators across various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the brands objectives and target audience.
  • Negotiation & Contracting : Engage with influencers, handle negotiations on deliverables, pricing, and timelines, and finalize contracts that align with budget and campaign goals.
  • Campaign Strategy & Planning : Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies tailored to each campaigns objectives, working closely with internal teams to create compelling, brand-aligned content ideas.
  • Campaign Execution : Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring timely deliverables and performance tracking.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing expectations, providing updates, and ensuring campaigns meet agreed-upon KPIs.
  • Performance Analysis : Monitor campaign metrics and success, using analytics to measure ROI and adjust strategies for future campaigns to optimize results.
  • Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving influencer marketing practices to inform and improve campaign strategies.
Qualifications :
  • Experience in Influencer Marketing : Proven experience in influencer marketing, including scouting, onboarding, and managing creators.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills : Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, rates, and deliverables effectively.
  • Campaign Management : Experience in planning and executing influencer campaigns, from strategy to execution and reporting.
  • Excellent Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle client relationships and influencer interactions professionally.
  • Creative Mindset : Ability to develop innovative content ideas and campaign strategies that resonate with audiences.
  • Time Management : Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
  • Analytical Skills : Ability to track and analyze campaign performance metrics, using insights to optimize future campaigns.
Preferred :
  • Experience working with brands, agencies, or directly with influencers.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing tools and platforms.
  • Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content strategies (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
