We are exclusively looking for candidates from Brand Marketing / Integrated Marketing backgrounds with direct experience generating revenue-driven leads, supporting high-value pitches, and driving target-based conversions through marketing campaigns.

Candidates must have worked on large-scale campaigns that contribute directly to business revenue, lead generation, and client acquisition.

Profiles focused mainly on SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, or pure performance marketing will not be considered.

This is an in-house strategic marketing role and does not involve field sales, market visits, or direct client acquisition activities.

The role will drive brand strategy and integrated marketing initiatives for Ninja Media Creations with a clear focus on lead generation, pitch support, and revenue growth.

You will work closely with leadership and sales teams to ensure campaigns and brand communication improve conversion rates and business outcomes.

• Develop brand positioning and campaign narratives that support revenue growth
• Create pitch decks, case studies, and marketing assets that improve deal conversion
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, OOH, Digital, and On-ground channels
• Translate business targets into marketing strategies that generate qualified leads
• Collaborate with sales, leadership, and internal teams to strengthen pitch effectiveness
• Use modern marketing tools or AI-assisted workflows to improve campaign efficiency (added advantage)

• 47+ years in Brand Marketing, Integrated Marketing, or Creative Strategy
• Proven experience linking marketing initiatives with revenue generation and lead creation
• Strong storytelling, strategic thinking, and campaign execution skills
• Experience working on large-scale campaigns with measurable business impact
