About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand & Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, global positioning, and integrated marketing initiatives across digital and retail channels. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on scaling a premium luxury brand across global markets.


Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Development
  • Drive overall brand positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
  • Translate brand vision into actionable consumer engagement strategies


  • Marketing Campaigns & GTM Execution
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Lead seasonal Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives
  • Manage launch and campaign calendars


  • Performance Marketing & ROI
  • Drive high-impact performance marketing campaigns
  • Monitor paid media performance and optimize ROI
  • Coordinate with digital marketing agencies


  • CRM & Customer Experience
  • Design customer retention and loyalty strategies
  • Build personalized communication workflows


  • PR, Influencer & Brand Activations
  • Manage PR collaborations and influencer partnerships
  • Execute brand activations and events


  • Market Research & Insights
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis
  • Develop buyer personas and strategic insights


  • Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate with product, sales, design, and retail teams
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and campaign planning


  • Budgeting & Reporting
  • Manage marketing budgets
  • Present brand performance insights to leadership

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Brand Management (Luxury/Jewelry preferred)

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in performance marketing & CRM
  • Experience in D2C / omnichannel brand growth
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM platforms
  • Strong creative mindset with analytical decision-making ability


Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with international or US markets
  • Background in luxury retail or fine jewelry


Pay range and compensation package
