Dr. Water is one of the fastest-growing hydration brands in the U.S. We crossed $1M+ in revenue in our first year, are backed by U.S.-based investors, and have built a community of 300+ creators across US. Were on a mission to help 100 million people worldwide excel in life through first-principles, science-backed hydration. We believe hydration is more than drinking waterits about protocols, innovation, and trust. Our productsranging from hydrogen-rich water bottles to electrolyte powdersare designed for modern lifestyles, blending science, design, and sustainability. This role sits at the center of the brand .

Youll work directly with the founders and own how Dr. Water shows up on the internet, every single day. Were looking for a storyteller who can make hydration feel human, trusted, and made for the internet. Someone who can help us build a brand that feels premium, science-backed, and loved across America.

What youll do

Own in-house content creation (daily) across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, email

Lead brand storytelling how we talk, look, and feel online

Shoot content + collaborate with video editors for fast, high-quality output

Build and manage founder content (on-camera, POV, thought leadership)

Manage and scale our 300+ U.S. creators (briefs, quality, consistency)

Run content experiments inspired by whats actually working on the internet

Manage interns and junior creators

Work closely with growth and design teams so brand ads vibes mismatch

What were looking for

25 years in brand or content marketing (consumer, wellness, lifestyle preferred)

Strong instincts for short-form video and internet culture

Comfortable shooting content yourself (phone is fine, taste matters more)

Knows what feels premium vs try-hard

Bonus: understands U.S. wellness, creators, and TikTok logic.
