ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an experienced marketing professional with a strong aesthetic sense to take full ownership of our client's brands visuals and voice. This is a brand guardianship and an execution role.
You will step in to own the creative direction from day one, ensuring that every piece of contentfrom social media posts to bannersaligns perfectly well with the brand's premium standards.

ABOUT THE CLIENTS COMPANY:
Our client is a premier brand headquartered in Bengaluru, specializing in luxury Italian marble and natural stones. They cater to high-end architects, interior designers, builders, and homeowners who seek exclusivity and elegance. With a strong market presence, they are now looking to streamline their marketing efforts to support their next phase of growth.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Brand Custodian & Creative Quality Control
- Take complete charge of the brands visual and verbal identity across all platforms.
- Act as the final checkpoint for all creatives. You will review and approve designs, copy, and campaigns.
- Ensure that all marketing collaterals reflect the luxury and premium nature of the products.
2. Agency Management & 360 Marketing Execution
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all external agencies (Social Media, Performance, PR, Web, etc.).
- Drive the execution of Social Media, OOH (Outdoor), Website updates, and Performance Marketing.
- Coordinate with agencies to get the work done on time and within the brief.
3. Strategic Planning & Event Marketing
- Proactively identify events, exhibitions, and conferences that the brand should participate in.
- Analyze the Return on Investment (ROI) for marketing activities. For example, attend an event this year to decide if it makes business sense to set up a stall there next year.
- Plan the marketing calendar in advance to ensure campaigns are not delayed.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
a) Must-Haves:
- Full-time Bachelors degree.
- 4 to 5+ years of experience in managing multiple brands at the agencies.
- You must have a strong sense of aesthetics. You must know what "good" looks like for a luxury brand.
- Experience in managing and coordinating with multiple vendors simultaneously.
b) Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in the Luxury, Interiors, or Real Estate industry.
- Previous experience working closely with Founders or Leadership teams.
- Exposure to Events/Conferences and OOH (Offline/Outdoor) marketing campaigns.
c) Tools & Skills Required:
- Knowledge of Design Tools, including but not limited to Adobe, Figma, Canva, etc.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing Analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.).
REPORTING STRUCTURE:
This role will report directly to the leadership team.
