About the Role
As the Marketing Lead for the MyBiz business, the incumbent will be responsible for building a scalable, high-performance demand generation engine, strengthening brand positioning, and leading initiatives to efficiently grow and convert leads across the top, middle, and bottom of the funnel.
What will you be doing
- Demand Generation: Develop and execute integrated campaigns to build a strong top_x0002_ of-the-funnel and generate qualified leads through digital, content, event, and partner marketing.
- Funnel Optimization: Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to optimize the lead-to-customer journey, improve conversion rates across all funnel stages, and reduce CAC
- Brand & Positioning: Strengthen MyBiz’s positioning as a market leader in corporate travel and expense management through thought leadership, PR, and targeted campaigns
- Content & Communication: Drive the creation of compelling content tailored to different stages of the buyer journey—whitepapers, case studies, webinars, newsletters, landing pages, and more.
- Data-Driven Growth: Monitor key marketing metrics, analyze performance, and refine strategies based on insights to achieve KPIs and business goals.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a lean, high-performance marketing team while collaborating closely with sales, product, and leadership teams.
Qualification & Experience
- MBA from a reputed institute with 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demonstrating proven success in demand generation and funnel optimization.
- Experience in marketing SaaS or travel/expense management solutions is preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
