Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Bangalore. This role will be responsible for building brand awareness, establishing credibility, and driving brand promotions across the global market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand marketing preferably in SAAS Software, a go-getter attitude, and a passion for making a difference. You will work directly with the CEO based in Canada and lead a team of marketing professionals to execute strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Building:
Develop and execute global marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and credibility.
Create compelling brand narratives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
Ensure consistent brand representation across all channels and touchpoints.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Use insights to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.
Marketing Campaigns:
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events, etc.) to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals to achieve collective and individual goals.
Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
Content Development:
Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and videos, to support brand positioning and thought leadership.
Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligns with the buyers journey.
Global Collaboration:
Work closely with the CEO and other global stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Represent the Bangalore office in global marketing initiatives and discussions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
2-4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the SAAS or software industry.
Proven track record in brand marketing, campaign management, and team leadership.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership of projects.
Leadership qualities with a get the job done attitude.
