Brand Marketing Associate

SSEI is looking for a Brand Marketing Associate who can execute consistently across marketing basics, operations, reputation, and community engagement. This role is for someone who is hands-on, organised, and understands that brand is built through daily actions and communication.

Key responsibilities:

1) Brand marketing execution

• Support campaign planning and execution for batch launches, webinars, events, and announcements
• Coordinate with design, content, video, and performance marketing teams for deliverables
• Ensure brand consistency across creatives, landing pages, WhatsApp, email, and social posts
• Assist in drafting captions, briefs, and basic communication copies

2) Reputation management

• Monitor brand mentions, comments, and reviews across platforms
• Respond professionally to basic queries and feedback as per brand tone
• Escalate sensitive issues to the team with proper context and screenshots
• Collect and organise testimonials, success stories, and student feedback for publishing

4) Community building and engagement

• Support and manage student and alumni communities (WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn groups)
• Drive engagement via polls, prompts, reminders, and discussion threads
• Coordinate community events, meetups, and webinars from the engagement side
• Maintain communication hygiene and ensure communities stay active and valuable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in marketing field
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Strong coordination and follow-through
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Calm, professional handling of public communication
