Working Days: Monday- Saturday (Saturdays-WFH)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly polished and strategic professional to work closely with the Managing Director. This role involves calendar management, stakeholder communication, brand building, PR, and event strategy. The ideal candidate is articulate, detail-oriented, and brand savvy- someone who can seamlessly manage the MDs day-to-day priorities while also strengthening their personal brand and public presence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the MDs calendar, meetings, travel, and priorities with high discretion and efficiency
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare briefs, presentations, talking points, and follow-ups for meetings
  • Ensure smooth coordination across leadership, faculty, partners, and external collaborators
  • Drive the growth and positioning of the MDs LinkedIn presencecontent ideation, storytelling, posting cadence, and engagement
  • Support PR initiatives, interviews, speaking engagements, and thought leadership opportunities
  • Draft high-quality communication- emails, posts, speeches, internal notes, and external messaging
  • Support strategy and execution of high-impact events, industry forums, guest lectures, and leadership engagements involving the MD
  • Coordinate with marketing and events teams for branding, visibility, and outreach
  • Track action items, follow-ups, and key initiatives driven by the MD
  • Assist in strategic planning, research, and preparation for leadership discussions
  • Anticipate needs, identify gaps, and proactively solve problems


Experience Required

  • 4-8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff like role, or senior support role for leadership
  • Strong exposure to marketing, PR, communications, branding, or content strategy
  • Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and confidential information
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly polished, professional, and confident personality
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, personal branding, and executive presence
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
