Brand Manager Brand & Creative
Location: Delhi NCR | Experience: 610 years (minimum 6 years) | Reports to: Head of Marketing
Role Overview
The Brand Manager is the custodian of Pearl Academys digital-first brand system. This role defines how the brand looks, sounds, and scales across platforms, campaigns, and experiences. All physical expressions are adaptations of a central digital brand system.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Narrative
- Own brand voice, tone, and narrative system
- Translate institutional strategy into brand stories
Creative Direction & Campaigns
- Lead campaign thinking and creative direction
- Approve all brand-led creative outputs
Digital-First Brand Surfaces
- Website brand expression
- Campaign KVs, films, digital assets
- Event brand expression and automation tone
Media & Channel Understanding
- Good understanding of media buying across digital and offline platforms (digital, OOH, print)
- Ability to evaluate media plans and ensure alignment with brand strategy
Agency & Partner Management
- Manage creative partners
- Collaborate with UI/UX and senior design
Brand Governance
- Maintain brand guidelines and asset libraries
