Brand Manager Healthcare / Ayurveda | Noida | 10 - 18 years

Industry Preference: Healthcare / Ayurveda / Herbal / Wellness/ FMCG/ Pharma


Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to lead the development, positioning, and growth of our premium healthcare/Ayurveda product portfolio . This role requires a strong balance of scientific understanding, brand strategy, and consumer insight to build credibility and preference across both professional (HCP) and retail/D2C channels .


Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Define and drive the overall brand vision, strategy, and positioning in line with business objectives.
  • Build and reinforce a premium brand image while emphasizing clinical credibility and trust .
  • Develop and maintain brand communication guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.


Product Marketing & Rebranding

  • Collaborate closely with R&D, regulatory, and medical teams to understand clinical data, claims, and product differentiation.
  • Plan and execute new product launches , rebranding initiatives, and lifecycle management.
  • Ensure packaging, labeling, and brand communication align with premium aesthetics and regulatory compliance.


Customer & Market Insights

  • Conduct consumer and HCP research to understand brand perception, needs, and adoption drivers.
  • Track and benchmark against competitors across pharma, wellness, Ayurveda, and premium cosmetic segments .
  • Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities and white spaces .


Content & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with content, digital, and internal stakeholders for:
  • Product blogs, videos, emailers
  • Website and marketplace listings
  • Marketing and educational content aligned to brand tone and compliance


Qualifications & Experience

  • (Preferably with experience in Pharma, Healthcare, Ayurveda, FMCG, or Premium Consumer Brands)
  • 10 - 18 years of brand management experience
  • years of hands-on experience managing premium product brands
  • Prior exposure to healthcare, Ayurveda, herbal, or wellness brands is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of clinical positioning, compliance-led communication, and premium branding
