Now Hiring | Digital Marketing & Content Lead

Location: Chennai (Candidates based in Chennai or nearby locations only)

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Content Lead to manage and elevate our product communication and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic thinking, creative excellence, and execution capability, with the potential to grow into a leadership role within the organization.

• Develop and manage high-quality content for:
• Corporate website
• Product catalogs and marketing creatives
• Integrated marketing campaigns
• Own and manage all product-related communication across:
• Digital platforms
• Internal and external brand messaging
• Plan, execute, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including:
• Influencer marketing initiatives
• Google Ads and performance marketing campaigns
• SEO, social media, and full-spectrum digital marketing efforts
• Ensure alignment of product messaging across e-commerce platforms and all digital touchpoints
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Support, mentor, and progressively lead a team focused on digital growth and performance

• Strong written communication and creative content development skills
• Proven expertise in digital marketing disciplines (SEO, PPC, social media, influencer marketing)
• Experience managing product communication end-to-end
• Strategic mindset with strong execution and analytical capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership potential and team management capabilities

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
• 25 years of experience in digital marketing and/or content-driven roles
• Experience working with product-led or e-commerce brands will be an added advantage

• Compensation: Not a constraint for the right candidate
• Location: Chennai (on-site / hybrid as applicable)
