Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Brand Manager (Social Media) to join our team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for someone with not more than 1-2 years of experience who is eager to grow in a fast-paced creative agency environment.

The Brand Manager will support the planning, execution, and management of social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Responsibilities include creating content calendars, managing social media accounts, tracking campaign performance, and collaborating closely with creative and performance marketing teams.

The role also requires the ability to analyze and present performance marketing data, prepare client reports, and participate in client communication and review meetings. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with both creative teams and clients.

Qualifications

  • 02 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (preferably in an advertising/creative agency)
  • Proficiency in Social Media Strategy, Platform Management, and Campaign Optimization
  • Skills in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Visual Storytelling
  • Ability to analyze and present performance marketing data using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
  • Experience with campaign reporting, performance tracking, and data interpretation
  • Strong client communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with branding principles, brand voice development, and community engagement
  • Good project management and collaboration skills when working with creative and marketing teams
  • Passion for creativity, advertising, and social media trends
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
