CTC: 25,000 40,000 per month (based on experience)

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Social Media & Brand Growth Manager to lead Rapsaps digital presence.
You will own the content calendar, brand voice, and growth strategy across platforms.
- Develop and execute monthly content strategy
- Manage Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp & emerging channels
- Coordinate with designers and content creators
- Track performance metrics: reach, engagement, conversions
- Build and maintain consistent brand voice
- Drive audience growth and community engagement
- Work closely with performance marketing team
- Proven experience growing social media accounts
- Strong understanding of organic growth strategies
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach
- Ability to manage campaigns end-to-end
25 years in social media / brand marketing
