Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Manager, based in Lucknow. The Brand Manager will manage brand strategy, oversee marketing campaigns, monitor market trends, and analyze consumer insights. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute branding initiatives, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring the effective positioning of products or services in the market.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Brand Strategy, Market Research, and Consumer Behavior Analysis
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Campaign Planning
• Experience in Communication, Team Collaboration, and Stakeholder Engagement
• Ability to manage budgets, meet deadlines, and evaluate ROI on marketing efforts
• Leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
• Previous experience in brand management or a similar marketing role is preferred
