From fertility and PCOS to protein and sleep we create science-backed, no-BS supplements that empower women (and couples) to take control of their health.

As Brand Manager, you wont just run campaigns.

Youll shape how thousands of women experience our brand online, offline, and everywhere in between.

This is a high-ownership role where strategy meets execution. Youll ensure our positioning, storytelling, and growth efforts feel cohesive, intentional, and powerful.

Refine and strengthen Dame Healths positioning

Translate consumer insights into powerful messaging

Ensure clarity in what we stand for and what we dont

Plan and execute product launches and key campaigns

Build integrated calendars across digital and offline

Coordinate creative, performance, and content efforts

Maintain consistency across ads, website, email, packaging, and events

Elevate storytelling so it feels premium, credible, and relatable

Track campaign performance and key brand KPIs

Work closely with growth teams to align brand with revenue

Optimize messaging based on real consumer behavior

Work with product, design, performance, retention, and external partners

Act as the bridge between vision and execution

36 years experience in D2C, consumer brands, or high-growth startups

Strong understanding of branding and performance marketing

Structured thinker with strong follow-through

Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment

Deep interest in consumer psychology and storytelling

Bonus: Experience in health, wellness, or FMCG

Build in one of Indias fastest-growing and most underdeveloped categories womens health

Work directly with the founder in a high-impact role
