Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive brand-marketing strategies that shape the brand narrative and establish long-term market positioning for single-family housing.
Oversee brand voice and maintain consistency across all communication touchpoints, including social media, website content, digital brochures, and project promotions.
Conduct ongoing research on buyer behavior, market trends, and competitor positioning within the single-family realty sector.
Lead the planning and execution of social media campaigns for property launches, virtual tours, construction updates, and lead-generation initiatives
Serve as the guardian of the brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and visual standards across all digital, print, and PR touchpoints, aligned with single-family housing brand positioning.
Ensure content accuracy, brand aesthetics, and premium visual representation of properties.
Create and manage digital promotional content for new launches, pre-launch teasers, construction-progress updates, amenities showcase, and location-advantage storytelling.
Provide performance dashboards to leadership with insights and action recommendations.
Work with marketing, sales, CRM, design, and project teams to ensure unified messaging for each single-family project.
Analyse ROI, KPIs, and sales data to measure campaign success and adjust strategies
