For over 15 years, Juniper Outdoor has been crafting transformative mountain journeys across the Himalayas. From high-altitude treks and alpine climbs to immersive multi-adventure formats, we design experiences that push physical boundaries while deepening emotional connection to the mountains.

We are a curated, design-forward, experience-led outdoor company.
As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Brand Manager who can elevate Juniper into one of Indias most respected outdoor brands through thoughtful storytelling, strategic partnerships, and high-quality external engagement.
This is not a performance marketing role.
This is a brand-building role focused on:
- PR & media visibility
- Strategic partnerships
- Brand communications
- External engagement
- Long-term positioning
You will shape how Juniper is perceived by clients, collaborators, media, and the broader outdoor community.
- Develop and refine Junipers brand voice, narrative, and visual direction
- Ensure brand consistency across website, social media, email, and offline touchpoints
- Define long-term brand architecture (including sub-brands or community initiatives)
- Build relationships with journalists, travel editors, and outdoor publications
- Pitch stories and secure features in relevant platforms
- Manage press releases, media kits, and founder visibility
- Identify speaking opportunities, podcasts, and panels
- Build brand collaborations (outdoor gear, wellness, hospitality, premium lifestyle brands)
- Structure win-win partnerships for visibility and client acquisition
- Identify sponsorship or co-branded opportunities
- Lead campaign ideation around new trips, seasons, or flagship journeys
- Oversee content strategy (in collaboration with designers/creators)
- Craft compelling narratives that elevate Juniper beyond a trekking company
- Represent Juniper in industry forums and digital communities
- Identify opportunities for brand-building events, meetups, or curated gatherings
- Strengthen Junipers positioning among leadership teams, entrepreneurs, and urban professionals
- 4 years experience in Brand Management / Marketing / Communications
- Strong background in PR, partnerships, or strategic brand building
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience building brands in travel, lifestyle, hospitality, outdoor, or premium consumer segments
- Ability to think long-term and strategically (not just campaign-to-campaign)
- Comfortable working independently in a remote structure
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of visual branding
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
