Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Manager located in Goa. The Brand Manager will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and execution of brand strategies for one of our Gin brands. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, collaborating with internal teams, monitoring market trends, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The role requires strong critical thinking, organising, leadership and communication skills to effectively build the brand's presence.
Qualifications
- 3 - 6 years experience in brand management, including strategy development and execution
- Proficiency in market research and analyzing market trends
- Strong skills in overseeing marketing campaigns and ensuring brand consistency
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Demonstrated proficiency in problem solving
- Experience in the beverage industry is a plus
- Some experience in Sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
