Brand Manager

Astrotalk Store is looking for a Brand Manager to own and scale our brand end-to-end from strategy and campaigns to execution, team management, and measurable outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thinks big-picture but executes with speed and discipline..

What Youll Do:

• Own brand strategy, positioning, voice, and narrative across platforms and campaigns
• Plan, execute, and optimise end-to-end brand campaigns (idea production distribution performance review)
• Lead and manage a small creative/marketing team, ensuring quality, speed, and timelines
• Drive performance-led content across ads, reels, scripts, landing pages, and product communication
• Work closely with content, design, media, and influencer teams to balance creativity with measurable outcomes
• Track and understand key metrics like CTR, conversions, CAC, ROAS, and retention
• Stay on top of content trends, platform shifts, and consumer communication

Who are you :

• 25 years of experience in brand marketing or brand management
• Proven experience managing campaigns end-to-end
• Hands-on exposure to performance marketing is a strong plus
• Prior experience leading or managing teams
• Strong creative judgement with data-driven thinking
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental environment
