About The Artment


The Artment is a contemporary home & living brand that blends design, art, and functionality. We work across dcor, furniture, lighting, and lifestyle productscreating pieces that feel artistic, modern, and design-led.

As we scale, were looking for a Brand Manager who will own how The Artment looks, feels, and communicates across every visual touchpoint.


Role Overview


This role sits at the heart of Artments creative ecosystem. You will work closely with graphic designers, influencers, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams to define and maintain the overall visual tone, aesthetic, and storytelling of the brand.

You will be the custodian of brand consistency , ensuring everything we put outcontent, campaigns, shoots, and launchesfeels unmistakably Artment .


Key Responsibilities


  • Own and define The Artments visual identity & brand tone across platforms
  • Work closely with graphic designers to guide creatives for digital, social, website, and offline assets
  • Collaborate with influencers, photographers, and videographers to conceptualize shoots and content direction
  • Translate brand philosophy into clear creative briefs for campaigns, launches, and collaborations
  • Ensure visual consistency across Instagram, website, marketplaces, ads, packaging, and offline stores
  • Supervise content output and ensure quality, alignment, and brand relevance
  • Stay updated with design, lifestyle, and home dcor trends and apply them meaningfully to the brand
  • Act as the bridge between marketing strategy and creative execution


Who Were Looking For


  • 2+ years of experience in branding, creative, or visual communication roles
  • Background in D2C brands, lifestyle, fashion, home dcor, design studios, or agencies preferred
  • Strong visual sensibility and aesthetic judgment
  • Experience working with designers, creators, photographers, and influencers
  • Ability to articulate brand vision and convert it into actionable creative direction
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and hands-on
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing, execution-heavy environment
