Job Description
Were looking for a Brand Manager who can run the show end-to-end, from campaigns, teams, performance-driven content and timelines to results. Someone who thinks strategy but executes like a pro!
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Own the brand voice, identity, narrative and ensure consistency across campaigns, platforms and partners.
2. Campaign Leadership (E2E Execution)
Plan, execute and optimise full-funnel brand campaigns from idea/briefing production distribution performance review.
3. Team Handling
Manage a small creative/marketing team, assign tasks, maintain timelines, push output quality and enable fast execution.
4. Performance-Led Content
Get performance-oriented creatives produced ads, reels, scripts, landing copy, product communication.
5. Creative + Data Balance
Work with content, design, media and influencers to ensure ideas are creative and measurable.
Understand metrics like CTR, conversions, CAC, ROAS, retention etc.
6. Trend Spotting & Ideas
Stay updated with content culture, platform trends, consumer communication and new brand playbooks.
Requirements
* 2-5 years experience in brand marketing/brand management
* Hands on experience on performace marketing is a plus.
* Proven experience handling campaigns end-to-end
* Team-handling experience
* Strong communication + creative judgement
* Comfort working in a fast, experimental environment
