Job Description
Were looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to drive brand growth, strategy, and storytelling in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive overall brand strategy, positioning, and messaging aligned with business goals
- Support new product development through market research, trend analysis, and consumer insights
- Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, influencer, and social platforms
- Track and improve brand health metrics such as awareness, engagement, and perception
- Conduct competitive and consumer research to identify growth opportunities
- Oversee content, communication, and storytelling across channels
- Measure campaign performance and ROI; share actionable insights with leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, PR, media teams, and external agencies
- Ensure brand consistency, claims accuracy, and regulatory compliance across all marketing assets
Key Requirements:
- 48 years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or new product development
- Background in FMCG, beauty, skincare, or wellness is preferred
- Strong analytical and consumer insight-driven mindset
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, PR, and SEO
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and data-driven marketing tools
- Passion for skincare, beauty, and building strong brands
