Job Description

Were looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to drive brand growth, strategy, and storytelling in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive overall brand strategy, positioning, and messaging aligned with business goals
  • Support new product development through market research, trend analysis, and consumer insights
  • Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, influencer, and social platforms
  • Track and improve brand health metrics such as awareness, engagement, and perception
  • Conduct competitive and consumer research to identify growth opportunities
  • Oversee content, communication, and storytelling across channels
  • Measure campaign performance and ROI; share actionable insights with leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, PR, media teams, and external agencies
  • Ensure brand consistency, claims accuracy, and regulatory compliance across all marketing assets
  • Key Requirements:

    • 48 years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or new product development
    • Background in FMCG, beauty, skincare, or wellness is preferred
    • Strong analytical and consumer insight-driven mindset
    • Hands-on experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, PR, and SEO
    • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office and data-driven marketing tools
    • Passion for skincare, beauty, and building strong brands
