Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Team Management:
Understand and embody ESSCs Values, Vision, and Goals while ensuring alignment across all marketing initiatives.
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
Mentor and develop junior team members, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and professional growth.
Implement and oversee marketing processes, ensuring adherence to ESSC protocols, daily updates, and reporting structures.
Brand Development & Positioning:
Define and refine the Clients brand positioning, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand narrative across all communication channels.
Develop and execute brand-building campaigns that differentiate Brand in a competitive market, reinforcing its thought leadership and industry credibility.
Oversee brand consistency across all marketing materials, both online and offline.
Business Growth & Client Acquisition:
Work closely with the business development and sales teams to drive lead generation, conversion, and customer retention strategies.
Develop targeted marketing campaigns to acquire new clients and deepen engagement with existing ones.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services to maximize revenue growth.
Content & Thought Leadership Strategy:
Lead the development and execution of a content marketing strategy that positions Client as a thought leader in the PR and marketing industry.
Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, industry reports, and blogs, in collaboration with subject matter experts.
Ensure the content strategy aligns with SEO best practices and drives organic traffic.
Digital & Performance Marketing:
Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid media campaigns.
Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize digital campaigns, ensuring high engagement and ROI.
Leverage marketing automation tools to enhance customer engagement and lead nurturing efforts.
Event Marketing & Strategic Partnerships:
Identify and evaluate industry events, sponsorships, and partnerships that align with ESSCs marketing and business development objectives.
Oversee event planning and execution to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.
Establish strategic alliances with key stakeholders, media, and industry influencers to enhance brand credibility.
Data-Driven Marketing & Reporting:
Utilize data analytics and performance insights to measure the success of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies.
Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights.
Implement data-driven marketing decisions to improve campaign effectiveness and business outcomes.
Budget & Resource Management:
Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Track and optimize marketing expenditures to ensure maximum ROI on marketing investments.
Evaluate and adopt new marketing technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and performance.
Working Days: Mon - Fri (last Saturday working)
9:30am - 6:00pm
