About the Role
We are looking for a detailoriented and creatively strong Brand Manager to drive brand communication, creative excellence, and integrated marketing for our Digital Lending portfolio. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, sharp communication skills, strong creative sensibilities, and an ability to work across multiple digital and consumer touchpoints.
You will champion the brand narrative, craft consistent messaging, shape social media presence, and manage 360 campaigns including DVCs, digital content, and product communication. You will also work closely with the performance marketing team to ensure that all campaigns reflect a unified brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and evolve brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and identity for Digital Lending.
- Develop clear, compelling communication and creative assets across digital, social, CRM, and product journeys.
- Manage social media content, calendars, and creative quality to ensure consistent brand expression.
- Drive 360 marketing campaigns end-to-endfrom strategy to creative development to rollout.
- Oversee production of DVCs, explainers, product videos, and brand storytelling formats.
- Review creative work from agencies and internal teams with high attention to detail.
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to provide brand-aligned messaging and creative inputs for paid campaigns.
- Use customer insights, market trends, and behavioural data to refine communication and improve engagement.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, Growth, CRM, and Compliance teams to maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
- Prepare campaign decks, brand updates, and communication frameworks for reviews and presentations.
Required Experience & Skills
- 58 years in Brand Management within Digital Products, Fintech, Consumer Tech, or Financial Services.
- Strong experience across brand communication, creative development, social media, and video content.
- Hands-on experience working with digital assets, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
- Impeccable English communication strong writing, articulation, and presentation ability.
- Sharp creative judgement with a refined eye for detail and storytelling.
- Ability to translate insights into crisp, customer-friendly communication.
- Strong project management and multitasking capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital lending, BFSI, or high-growth digital consumer brands.
- Comfort with analytics dashboards and understanding of digital customer journeys.
