Role Overview:
As the Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brands presence across online and offline platforms. Reporting directly to the Brand Head, you will be responsible for executing strategic initiatives, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring the seamless onboarding of new sales channels. This role combines operational expertise with creative problem-solving, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead, inspire, and manage a cross-functional team to deliver on brand objectives.
- Execution Excellence: Implement strategies and initiatives assigned by the Brand Head and senior management, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Sales Channel Development: Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with new online and offline points of sale, ensuring brand alignment and market expansion.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to adapt strategies and stay ahead.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all brand touch-points adhere to Alive and Wells luxury standards.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles (experience in the luxury/premium segment preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record in successfully managing online and offline sales channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
