Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities

Design & Visual Direction

Provide creative direction and feedback on: o Catalogs, brochures, lookbooks, advertisements, and POS materials o Tile layout visuals, room scenes, mock-ups, and 3D renders o Showroom graphics, exhibition booths, and dealer branding

Ensure accurate representation of tile colors, textures, finishes, scale, and layouts across all visual assets

Coordinate tile samples, props, surfaces, and installation mock-ups for shoots and presentations

Review and approve final images and videos for print, digital, website, and social media usage

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

Collaborate with writers and content creators to develop

. Collection concepts, design stories, and brand narratives

o Website content, blogs, social media captions, and video scripts

Maintain a strong and consistent brand voice across all communication platforms

Digital & Brand Management

Manage and monitor brand presence across:

Social media platforms o Website and digital campaigns, Internal and external brand initiatives

Ensure alignment of branding across marketing, retail, export, and sales communication

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with:

Sales and export teams, Product development and design teams, Retail and showroom teams

Support product launches, exhibitions, dealer promotions, and branding initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in branding, graphic design, or visual communication

Strong understanding of design aesthetics, layouts, materials, and visual storytelling

Familiarity with branding for catalogs, showrooms, exhibitions, and digital platforms

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently

Excellent communication and coordination skills
