Were looking for someone who can combine client management with brand and marketing strategy, preferably with experience working on B2B brands.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Manage relationships with assigned clients, ensuring strong communication, satisfaction, and long-term retention

Collaborate with internal teams to develop brand strategies, campaign plans, and marketing roadmaps

Translate client goals into clear briefs for creative, content, and performance teams

Monitor campaign performance and lead quarterly strategy reviews and reporting discussions with clients

Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling

Lead the preparation of pitch decks, campaign proposals, and strategy presentations

Ensure smooth execution by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-team collaboration

Maintain high standards of delivery and ensure campaigns align with brand objectives

Youd Be a Great Fit If You

Have 58 years of experience in a digital or creative agency

Are comfortable leading client conversations and strategic discussions

Have managed multiple brand accounts and marketing campaigns

Possess a strong understanding of brand strategy, content marketing, social media, and digital performance

Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Have experience creating marketing presentations, strategy decks, and campaign plans

Are highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
