Bluebot Digital, an award-winning creative agency, is hiring a strategically driven Brand/Account Manager.

We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, loves building brands, has a creative-eye and is meticulous when it comes to execution. Someone who can think strategically and, on their feet, and wants to work at the cutting-edge of media and advertising.

Your everyday responsibilities will be to run the day-to-day work, strategize on briefs, co-ordinate work flow efficiently between the brand, creative and studio team and deliver communication assets that you can be proud of.

Good diction, writing skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients is super important.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and ensure smooth workflow on a daily basis
• Build strong client and team relationships
• Plan projects, manage resources, to ensure timelines are strictly met
• Conduct quality control of all creative assets
• Prepare immaculate pitch decks, monthly reports and campaign presentations
• Meet and exceed client expectations
• Utilize market and consumer insight to help shape campaign strategies
• Custodian of the campaign plan and post analysis

Skills

• Great communication, analytical and organization skills
• Successful track record of building strong relationships with clients.

• Campaign set-up, understanding of platforms like IG, FB, YouTube, X, LinkedIn
• Strong customer service outlook with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly gauge client needs and consumer insights
• Strong business, technical, and problem-solving skills
• A keen eye for detail and a creative perspective is a plus
• Be up to date with advertising industry, your clients competitive landscape, social media developments and more
• Professional maturity, integrity, discipline and a positive attitude

Experience required: 2-5 years

A strong foundation of digital & social media is important.

Agency experience is a must-have. Mainline experience is a bonus.
