We are searching for a highly-creative branding Head to lead our branding team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing and branding operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brands influence across the country while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.


Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our branding campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience branding, art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Branding at New Horizon Educational Institution, located in Bengaluru. The Head of Branding will be responsible for developing and executing branding strategies, overseeing all branding activities, and ensuring consistency across all marketing materials. Tasks include leading brand campaigns, managing the colleges brand image, collaborating with various departments, analyzing market trends, and continuously improving the brands presence in the educational sector.


Qualification

  • Experience in Branding, Brand Management, and Marketing Strategy
  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience as Brand Manager
  • Skills in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, and Social Media Management
  • Creative Writing, Copywriting, and Graphic Design skills
  • Strong analytical skills, including Market Research and Data Analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams and projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the education sector is a plus
  • Working knowledge of the local language-Kannada will be an added advantage
